Delta Property Construction purchased this pair of dilapidated large Victorian semi-detached houses in Penarth. Formally converted into four flats each some forty years ago, we decided after consultation with local agents, to refurbish and reinstate them to two five bedroom houses with two bathrooms and an en-suite. Old extensions to the rear were removed and new two-storey bays were built in their place. Care had to be taken as these properties were in a conservation area.
