Building Construction of Manor Court Apartment Block Cardiff Print
A new-build block of ten apartments, comprising of eight two-bedroom apartments and two three-bedroom penthouses. This split level development has three floors but six levels all serviced by a passenger lift. Delta was contracted to construct this apartment block on behalf of Pendragon Asset Management. This construction project was on schedule and under the budget (approx £1.2million) specified by the Quantity Surveyor.
