This Cardiff construction site comprised of four, five-bedroom, three-storey houses of which three were developed and built by Delta Property Construction Cardiff. This greenfield site in the north of Cardiff previously had been earmarked for the construction of a pub. Local opinion was very much against the original construction project and after much consultation Delta Property Construction was able to acquire the site for the development of four large detached houses. One plot was sold to self-builder to ease finances and Delta Property construction built and subsequently sold the others.
