Also built by Harrison Construction & Developments Ltd in 1999, this five bedroom, large new-build house was designed to complement the surrounding Victorian houses. Much consultation took place with the local Conservation Officer over the detailing of the property. This was a speculative build which was sold before we reached the first floor joists. The subsequent owners specified over £70,000 worth of extras.
