Delta Property Construction Cardiff undertook three extensive extensions of Stanwell School buildings in Penarth, on the outskirts of cardiff.

In 2008, a 40metre long extension to the existing dining area and 200 square metre 2 storey extension to the phase 1 building.

In 2010 Delta returned to extend the Sixth Form area. This was a 400m2 extension, which was completed on budget in 12 weeks.

Delta has just completed a 600m2 extension to the site, incorporating 3 classrooms, 1 lecture room and a multi-use hall.
