Delta Property Construction Cardiff undertook two extensive extensions of Stanwell School buildings in Penarth, on the outskirts of cardiff. These comprised of, a 40metre long extension to the existing dining area and 200 square metre 2 storey extension to the phase 1 building. The bulk of the work had to be undertaken during the summer holidays and then completed without interruption to the running of the school when the pupils returned.
