Delta Property Construction Cardiff | A Brief History

Delta Property Cardiff was formed as a high quality construction company serving cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan areas in July 2001 as a joint venture between it's Directors Kevin Ireland, Roger Mundy and Alan Rich. Roger soon left amicably to pursue land development. Since that time Delta Property Cardiff has built six individual houses, a block of ten apartments and refurbished / converted two large Victorian houses. The majority of these developments in Cardiff and Penarth have been speculative. We achieved NHBC status due to transfer from Kevin Ireland’s previous Cardiff based construction company (Harrison Construction and Developments Ltd). We currently employ a small team of tradesmen who, with reliable subcontractors found over several years, enable us to complete our construction projects to an acclaimed high standard. In 2003 we were runners up in the Cardiff City Building Control award for built-in quality. We have during our time trading built strong links with our suppliers and the bank, we are experienced at arranging project finance and costings.
